Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a Game Changer...

I love olive oil, I use it for everything and not just in the kitchen.  I have been known to remove stickers and lube up squeaky doors in the house, lol...  But let's get back to the cooking test.  I was lucky enough to be able to try out Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil and I am glad I did.  BzzAgent gave me an opportunity to try Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil for free, yes, they shipped me a bottle to try and blog about.  Now, on a normal day, I usually use Kirkland brand olive oil as I go through so much, I need to buy a large container at a time, but it is an average taste to me.  The first thing I noticed was that the Filippo Berio is so light, fresh and full of flavor, I forgot how delicious olive oil could really be.  I have used it to make a salad dressing with balsamic vinegar and it was awesome, very refreshing and flavorful.  Look at the posted pictures of an amazing dairy free sandwich spread  that I made with it.  Man I could taste the difference, without a doubt.  It just tasted cleaner and less oily if that makes any sense.  I also made a Mediterranean pasta dinner that is super fresh and delicious that only uses a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice salt and pepper.  This time, I served it to my husband who had no idea I was using a new olive oil and he noticed a difference in the flavor.  Again, the Filippo Berio is lighter, cleaner and fresher tasting and really helps bring the food to life.  I must say, I am very pleased with this brand of olive oil and I will be not only looking for, but buying the largest bottle of it I can find at the grocery store.  Filippo Berio has really brought my taste buds alive!

I just recently received Garnier Skin Renew Clinical Dark Spot Overnight Peel  through BuzzAgent so I could give it try and tell you all about it.  Let me start by telling you a little about my skin.  It is generally clear, no real issues, other than light brown spots below my eyes and on my nose from sun damage.  Normally I cannot see these issues in the winter as I am not out in the sun, but I am gearing up for a vacation and have been to the tanning beds. Well, that has brought those pesky spots out and receiveing the Garnier Skin Renew Clinical Dark Spot Overnight Peel could not have come at a better time.  I have started putting a towel over my face in the tanning bed as the product tells you that it will make you more prone to sunburn.  I have been using the product for about 8 days now and I have to say, I am seeing a difference.  My skin feels smoother, softer and more hydrated, which was not what I was expecting from a peel.  I would have bet that my skin would have dried out and become dry as that is usually what happens when I use skin peels.  I would also say that I am seeing the darker brown spots fading slightly, which is awesome.  I know that I should be seeing really amazing results after 4 weeks of use, so I will follow back up with all of you in 3 more weeks.  The product is super easy to use, just apply a thin layer on your face before bed and voilà!  That is all you have to do to see softer, brighter skin with fewer brown spots.  

What is the BEST razor EVER! The Schick Hydro Silk® razor of course!

I have used countless razors in my 20 years of shaving, but none have allowed me to shave without shaving cream!  I was skeptical at first, but once I wet the Schick Hydro Silk^® razor, I did a small test on my calf and I was so excited by how soothing and moisturizing it felt.  I was able to shave my armpits, arms, bikini area AND legs in less time than it takes me to do just one leg.  I do not have to stop and lather up with shaving cream that just clogs up the blades on my razor and my skin is left feeling so soft and smooth.  My husband was especially surprised by how soft and silky my legs felt afterwards.  I have already ordered blade refills as this is going to be my ONLY razor from now on.  I cannot tell you how pleased I am with its performance as it has been 3 days since shaving and my skin still looks soft, silky and smooth and the shave was so close, my legs still look freshly shaved.  I also like the ergonomic handle, it was lightweight without feeling like it would break or fly out of my hand.  It was also nice that it came with a suction cup hanger so it can dry properly in my shower.  It seems they thought of everything and I look forward to telling everyone I know what a great product this is.  I must disclose that I did in fact receive this razor for free from none other than the amazing Buzz Agent so I could review it.  All I can say is, THANK YOU!!!

I had the opportunity to try COVERGIRL blastflipstick in 3 different shades for a new BuzzAgent BzzCampaign.  I have to say, I was very excited about this campaign as I LOVE trying new beauty products and when the BzzKit arrived, I could not wait to open it.  I was super excited to see that they had sent me 3 different shades to try out, but when I saw the colors, I knew they would probably not work for me.  I opened the packaging and applied the first shade, way to bright for my taste, but that was something I was going to put aside so I could be impartial about application and wear-ability.  It went on beautifully, gliding along my lips and saturating then with rich color.  The flip side of the deep color was shimmery.  I applied it only to the center of my lips first to create the first "look."  I have to say, having the ability to customize the look was pretty cool.  I then went for the full lip cover with the shimmer and that did help to tone down the brightness, but I was not crazy about how the shimmer looked on me personally.  Now, that being said, it was time to test wear-ability, how long the color lasted before needing to be reapplied.  I have to say, I ate a sandwich and had some iced tea and was pretty impressed with how good the application still looked.  Now of course after a meal like that, most women would expect to reapply anyway, but you really wouldn't have to, which was nice.  My personal beauty style is very natural and neutral, but for a woman who likes to punch it up, be a little more daring, or for a awesome night out, these colors would work.  I think women would be pleased with the ease of application and the durability of the color as well as the nice selection of colors available to choose from.  Overall, it is a great product, but it just doesn't work for my personal taste.  That should not, however, discourage you from using this interesting and innovative lipstick.

Eukanuba Dog Food with 3D DentaDefense

I had the opportunity to try Eukanuba dog food with 3D DentaDefense, thanks to Bzz Agent!  My dog Hemi loves his food so much that he doesn't t even bother to chew his food, he swallows it whole.  This is concerning for a dog parent like myself as I want him to slow down and chew his food, not to mention, it doesn't help to get rid of the tarter and plaque build up on his teeth.  Well, now that I have the Eukanuba dog food with 3D DentaDefense, he actually takes the time to chew the food!  I don't know if it is due to the interesting shape of the food, or the fact that he likes the taste so much that he wants to chew it and take his time.  Either way, I am a very happy dog mom now.  The Bzz Kit they sent to me also included a light that when shined on Hemi's teeth, revealed that he had a decent amount of tarter and I brush his teeth about 3 times a week.  I was shocked to see this, but it would also explain his bad breath.  I am really keeping my fingers crossed that now that he is chewing his food and the Eukanuba dog food with 3D DentaDefense is made to reduce tarter by up to 80% in only 28 days, his breath will be better and the light will not gross me out when I go to check the results in 4 more weeks.  I will be checking back and filling you all in on how it is all going!  Below I have a picture of the bag I received to try as well as Hemi enjoying his new food.  I do want to let you all know that I did receive a FREE bag of Eukanuba dog food with 3D DentaDefense from Buzz Agent in exchange for my honest feedback on the product.

Glade Expressions Collection

I have really enjoyed trying the new Glade Expressions Collection, especially the room spray in Pineapple & Mangosteen scent.  It is so light and fresh smelling, it takes care of my whole house.  I have 2 dogs as well as a husband and things around here tend to get funky smelling.  I use my room spray to freshen it up and don't have to think about it for another day.  The oil diffuser is nice as well, but works better in smaller rooms, like bathrooms.  They look nice and are green products as you only throw away the refills that fit inside each product, cutting waste.  The design is awesome as it does not look like the typical room spray, I can leave it out and it doesn't look obnoxious or obvious.  I am a BuzzAgent and did receive these products both for free and others at a discount to try them so I could review them.  This is my honest opinion regardless of how I received the Glade Expressions.  I love them, so I suggest you give it a try!
